date according to time zone user

Hi

i recently was trying to add date to a form, and i can't find how to adjust the date to the user time zone, because my server is located in another time zone, and it's not the right date that display

so while i was trying to fix that, i added a box with the date in it so user could change it manualy, but if someone could help me making it so its the user timezone that select the date would be very helpfull

anyway i found a java script way to show the date..
