So I am setting up Apache/PHP/MySQL onto my computer so I can do my php files offline. I got Apache and PHP all configured but for my first question, I was wondering how do I get it so that anyone on the internet can view my files I have in my /htdocs?? I tried just putting my IP in the URL but that did not work? My second question is that I am in the middle of installing MySQL and I can not find a place to download a MySQL 4.0 or 4.1 because the ones I have downloaded from mysql.com when I click on the setop file, the installer did not open. How do I fix these?? Thank you in Advanced. Oh, I am using Windows XP
