Does anyone know of any good tutorials for developing PHP applications w/ DMX 2004? I have been coding by hand (i.e. Crimson Editor, CuteFTP and then using DMX2004 for basic layout, header and footer *.html files, etc.) I am looking to do this because as my projects become more complex, I am finding it difficult to keep track of where I am at in development.
