Hi
I have a private messaging system on my site but for some reason i keep getting this one error, and i dont know how to get it to go away and to work.
I get this whenever i visit the PM file:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare opendb() (previously declared in /home/public_html/lib.php:10) in /home/public_html/lib.php on line 8
I think i know what it means, is it something to do with the db being accessed too many tmes or something? infact, im unsure. But i really need help trying to get past this problem.
I have attached the two files in question. the gamemail file is the actual pm system, and the lib file handles just about everything. (visit the link below)
Please can someone help, ive been trying for a long time to get it to work but had no luck.
A link below has access to more information and posts from people who have offered to help, but havent been successful. theres also some downloadable files so u can see what files im talking about. Apparently, its quite indepth to sort out and im new to php so i hope someone can help
