Is it easy to create a credit card processor like authorize? what should be the things to remember when creating this kind of payment gateway?

If this is your question, I think its fair to say:

1. Are you an electronic funds transferring expert?
2. Are you one with all that is web security?
3. Are you good with accounting and federal regulations?
