help with my code (drop box ) for edit DB

Hi:

At getting data from a specific record of a database, to edit it
I wish to put each one of the fields in its respective 'text or drop down' but the drop down from 'nivel', 'division' and 'departamento' are dynamic, they work by a javascript, how can I select the variable that brings me the "query" without loosing the functionallity of these ones?
