HTML Formatting

I have a content management system I have written in php.

Users can now update their own websites by entering text into a form in their admin panel.

Users can also use HTML tags to create a more varied look.

Recently while on ebay I noticed that they have a nifty little applet that will generate th HTML for you which can then be posted to the updating script. (A web based HTML scripter)

Where can I get myself one of these, it will make a great addition to what I have already created?!
