How can i start php programing on windows

I am new to this php programing ... i have installed apache 1-3-28, php 4.3.4 and mysql 4.0.16 on windows 2000 professional.

How can i start my php programing... i.e where i have to place the php files i.e in which folder and how to run them on the localsystem...

Please help me.
