Hello-
My current scenario:
PHP 4.2.3, Solaris 8, Apache 2.x
Connecting to both MySQL (locally) and Oracle 8 (remotely).
My question is this: What, if anything, will I need to do to ensure connectivity to the new 9i database?
-reinstall a new Oracle client on my PHP server?
-make any changes to basic function calls (ocilogon, OCIParse, OCIfetchstatement)?
anything? I'm seeing conflicting stories, as usual, across the bulletin-board world.
