Extract informaction from pc

I need some function that let me extract internal information from Pc as serial number, etc my application needs to know from which pc was accesed the application, the ip is not valid when use dynamic IP, some idea?

Not possible with PHP alone. You'd have to create a plugin which users would have to accept before installing or create an ActiveX component and this would only work on IE for PCs only.
