stream_set_blocking ?

could someone telll whats the diff if you set this to 0 or 1? manual doesnt explain anything...

explanation + example for non-blocking would be nice...

and i have same problem... could this be solved with non-blocking thing? it looks like my fgets is waiting until timeout happens and it does not realize end of the stream if the reminder is shorter than what i put in function.
