I host a website on my own computer and the speed has been fine for as long as I can remember but over the last few days it has been loading CSS and images really slowly even with low traffic - I've not changed any coding as the previous coding loaded instantly before but I don't believe anything has changed since the good loading times.
Does anybody know of any reason why it would suddenly start going slow for css and images? It must be something to do with apache, php or mysql because if I shut down the server I can get email through my mail server instantly but when it is on it takes forever like the site.
