Trouble with $_POST

Hello everyone! I have a form that I'm trying to get to email a designated recipient, but I'm getting two errors that I cannot figure out:

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/day1982/public_html/drink.php on line 10

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/day1982/public_html/drink.php on line 25

I don't see anything wrong, do you? The page source is attached.

where are u assigning the value for $db? the only prob i see is that $db is not assigned or is incorrectly assigned.

Sure, u have a mysql error statement, maybe a bad column name.
