user login and after that tracking his "moves"

It's about me needing to know which user entered some area of my site, after he/she logged in (by means authorised user), at what time and which links he/she pressed, at what time

So I need an application written in php (which can use mysql for database storing) or some scripts which does the requirements above. This script must be free and customizable 4 my needs.
All this is for a site located at my work. It's about a documentation site, full with links in which only authorised members can enter.

Can you help me providing some suggestions or links or anything like that?

On each page being tracked, add a record to a database table that identifies the user, the URL of the page, and the time of the request.

It may also be possible to use the logs your server is making of all its activity, also.
