I'm looking for a (preferabbly free) compiler, such as this: http://www.roadsend.com/home/index.php
that makes an EXE from a PHP file.
Please don't ask why or other alternatives instead of creating it into an EXE, thanks.

Someone else recommended this at one time and I saved the URL, but never got around to investigating it myself because of other work commitments. If it turns out to be uself, I would love to hear back from you:
Does this staff compile only PHP and not HTML?
How it is possible....HTML and PHP go together. How would you output things without HTML (forms etc)?
