file upload

Im running PHP and Apache, Im trying to upload files between a few KB and several MB. I set my php.ini to accept posts and uploads at 100M. Small files are working fine, everything else say im still exceeding the maximum upload size. Any other variables im supposed to set, or any other suggestions?

Perhaps you could say how you resolved it, to help anyone who has the problem and finds this thread with a search.
