Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/u3/novaws/html/tickets/results.php on line 35

You are calling the mysql_num_rows function on an invalid resource. IOW, something you think should be working (like a call to mysql_query, perhaps) is returning an invalid or zero-status result, and then you try and perform a further operation on it.
