Anyone using any Hitachi IDE Hard drives?
I just had one fail at manufacture+11months. And my backup scripts haven't been working properly .....
No word on their IDE drives, but I'd been using a pair of their SATA drives now for quite a while without a problem.
a buddy of mine has gone through 2 of them in the last 6 months... so he has decided he'll stick to maxtor, western digital, or seagate from now on
