Apache - PHP - MySql

Currently I am using MySQL-Apache-PHP on windows plateform. Now I want to shift to linux. I really don't know which file to download for linux. Please help

MySQL:

On MySQL site, I found two things..

Linux (x86, glibc-2.2, static, gcc)

Linux x86 RPM downloads
=======Server 5.0.0-0 11.9M Download
=======Max 5.0.0-0 2.1M Download

Which file should I download ? What is debug ? How to install them?

On Apache.org I got two links

Which one to download and how to install?

PHP:

On PHP site I got

PHP 5.0.2

Again the same question !!!

Which one to download and how to install?

If you're on an x86 architecture (which you probably are if you're using an Intel-esque PC), look for the versions of each that runs under x86.

If you know how to compile from source, use anything that ends with .tar.gz or tar.bz2. They will be equivalent once uncompressed. They just have different compressions.

If you don't know how to compile from source, use the RPM if it's available. I generally don't use them as I like knowing where I'm installing stuff on my test box.

PHP recommends the use of Apache 1.31 instead of Apache 2. Unless you specifically need Apache 2, just grab the tarballs for v1.31.

If you haven't worked with Linux before or have never compiled from source before, be sure to review the README or INSTALL text files that you will find in each tarball. Most of what you'll need to know is there. And be sure to use Google for tutorials. The Web is abounding with them.
