Refresh PHP form, keeping other data in form

I'm new to PHP. i would like to make a form page with submit and refresh button. my submit button works good but i would like to do something with refresh button. If I fill the form, i would like to click on the refresh button. If i clicked that the data should stay filled in the form. so i don't wanna see an empty fields.. Can somebody tell me how to do that?..
