2 Part Form

I have a 2 step form.
Part I of the form asks for a name and address.
This info from Part I is then entered into a database and
user is forwarded to Part II.
Part II also asks for name and address.

Is it possible to have the info from Part I automatically
appear in Part II? I just don't want the user to have to enter
that info twice.

I already have the form up and running though. Is it possible to paste your php sample into the existing php?
