mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource

Hi,
I am building a mysql statement depending on how many checkboxes a user checks. I think I've built the mysql statement correctly. However, when I try to print out the results in rows, I am getting this error:

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /users1/lifework/public_html/cc/ref_prog/results.php on line 124

I attached the file that I'm working on.

Any ideas you have are much appreciated.

Try using or die(mysql_error()) next to any mysql_query command to make sure you sql statement was executed correctly
Example:
$result=mysql_query($qlquery) or die(mysql_error());
