How to search for phone numbers in the text field if there are any

I am working on an online dating system, I want to create a program to search the content of the member before posting it, to view by all the members if there are any phone numbers or email addresses mentioned in.

tabel name: tbl_member
field is looking_for which is amemo field
database name: sys_dating

in PHP you can used "preg_match()" function to extract user's email and phone
