Lets say we have this string:
$str='Welcome to phpfreaks website. Enjoy your stay.';
Given position $pos = 10; we want to get the next 9 characters and put that string in a variable $found.
$pos = 10 is at the 'p' of phpfreaks (correct me if I'm wrong). The next 9 letters will bring me to s, the last letter of phpfreaks word. I want to get whatever it finds (in this case, 'phpfreaks') and put it to a variable $found.
