How to use Tree

I have send a query regarding the aplication of Trees and passing Mysql Database table having an ID and ParentID field & I got a package from http://www.phpkitchen.com/article.php?
story=20030427152620585 .

      But I'm unable to pass the database into it.

Personally I always thaught trees were something you chopped down and made floor boards out of.

That is your key.. check your DB connection script to make sure that all of the information is correct. It looks like you are not able to connect to the DB because of a username/password conflict or some other connection issue. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Manoj here is the documentation for the pear pachake u are going to be using http://opensource.visionp.biz/uploads/media/doc.pdf. On section 2 it explains how to set it up. It seems that the tree class has a constructor on which u specify the database you are gonna be using the store the tree.
Matt just in case u wanna know. Trees are a data structure which es very efficient for somethings and there are different kind of trees. If u wanna know more about read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tree_data_structure
