Hello. I am building a backend for my IMAP client that doesn’t require the IMAP extension to be installed. So far it can fetch headers, body parts + their content info such as encoding, filename, disposition, etc; create, rename, copy, move and delete multilevel mailboxes, multi mailbox searching plus many smaller things like messages size, total messages (including \seen, \unseen, \deleted), listing mailboxes etc, all with out having the IMAP extension installed.
Do you think there is any interest in this, or am I just “remaking the wheel”
