Emergency Linux/PHP Form Help Please!

I'm not able to pass variables on a Linux Server behind a firewall.
The variables are passed from a form to a response page that sends an email to the owner, (my client). On my ISP's server it works fine. On his it won't pass the field data to the email. The email arrives with the form field names intact but without the users info???

Is this a Linux, Security issue?

If so, is there a work around that will work?

Can u give us the code just check if the code is write(HTML FORM and PHP)

you must set your firewall to give open access to port 80 , since this port using by your webserver
