Can't load extensions in PHP5/Apache2

Hiya!

Just installed Apache 2.0.52 and PHP 5.0.2 on my system. I have tried to activate the php_mysql.dll extension by removing the ";", and pointed the extensions_dir to C:\php\ext\ (tried every possible way of writing this, slash/backslash, without trailing slash etc). But when I try to start the Apache server it gives me the error message:

PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:/php/ext/php_mysql.dll' - The specified procedure could not be found.

I can't for my life figure out whats wrong, does somebody know?

Firstly is this the first time you've used PHP 5 (well installed it for yourself) if so MySQL and PHP 5 sort of had a little fall out with licensing meaning PHP couldnt load it as default as it use to.

Yeah, it seams there is two important things to do when using extensions in this setup, one, copy the libmysqli.dll file from you php5 director to your windows/system32 directory, two, see to that the path to the extension directory has a trailing backslash:

extension_dir = "C:\php\ext\"
