Geographic radius/zip code

I need to reconcile zip codes with Inserted radius in terms of miles by site user(Salon's).

Now say you want to find a hairstylist within 25 miles -- results of Salon radius's that would come into this range. (not mentioning actual road vs physical terrain)

Which would be in the SELECT statement. By how to enter into table and retrieve by this SELECT.

Anybody have experience with this? Any zip code database incorporating radius in terms of miles? [ I'll need to also come up with an exception to this, for Salon stylists that travel -- they state hop for finicky clients. Yet I want to keep it simple]

zip locator So does anybody have experience with this or cold recommend better? I'm not that familiar with this license. Seems this must be present on the "users" computer.

Okay, you've found that one. Well, the LGPL is pretty widespread, I'm surprised you've never come across it before (unless you're new at the whole programming thing). Yes, you're the user it refers to.

I've dippted into various areas but yes, looking at the other posts I guess I'm still new at this. Don't honestly feel like I've even begun to tie this together.

That license seems to deal mainly with duplication or resale.
Very briefly mentions use, and its not exactly clear to me.
