use PHP with Tomcat

I want to use PHP with Tomcat I am following the instructions on how to - http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta-tomcat/UsingPhp. I have a basic question. How do I configure and make a PHP installation in Windows?

I cannt find info on it. I am suppose to do ./configure in a cmd prompt?

I have it already installed and working woth Apache.

How to I configure? I am trying to but it to work in Tomcat. I am following instructions and they require me to do a command " ./configure --with-servlet=$TOMCAT_HOME --with-java=$JAVA_HOME"

Where do I do this?
