Have I been hacked?

Just tried to log into my site and it's not accepting my password. My ftp and cpanel are both the same.

Really wierd...

I dont see how all three things could go rong at once unless somones messing with me. Is this even possible?

I've contacted my host. Hopfully I will be able to regain access. I dont understand why people do these things. Some people just have that dark side I suppose.

Maybe they get some pleasure some anothers pain?

people do it because it is possible. much of the security I do in pages came about with the help of these type of people. god bless their souls.

Doing it becouse it's possible is not a reason. There are many other things that are possible that i'm sure they wouldnt do.

It's good that these people can show how to improve sercurity but if the same people are causing other people problems for no reason then are they really such nice people? or are you saying 'I'm alright jack'?

The caps lock was definitaly off. thanks for the suggestion though.

It's seems my host is having a few difficulties. I havent been hack and the problem should be fixed soon. I think they ran out of disk space.

Yup, this is a disk space problem. I've run out of space on my accounts and the default approach for Cpanel is to lock the account until the problem is resolved. What sucks though is nowhere does it say that's why you were locked out. So you're left wondering what happened and then you start thinking about the worst: "I was hacked!"

Geeze, I was being sarcastic. I do not really want to bless their souls.

And I do believe 'just because it is possible' is a reason. Might not be a good one, but I have seen people do things because they can even though they get nothing from it except personal satisfaction.
