Survey reporting using php

I need to hire a coder to build a web-based survey report generator. This report generator will build pages containing graphs like what you might find Excell or Access, as well as written (qualitative data). The survey data is housed in a MySql database.

Can this be done in php? If so what are the questions I need to be asking?

Yes, it can be done.

Are you needing bar graphs or pie graphs. Bar graphs are simple to build if your data is organized well such as data that can be used to reference to the bar graph.
