imageCreateFromJPEG error

Hi, ever since the newest PHP version, imageCreateFromJPEG won't work.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagecreatefromjpeg() in /home/rpga/public_html/admin/edit_projects.php on line 74

On my own server I just reverted the old version of PHP to get it working again but I am doing a site on another server now. Does anyone know why it's not working or what it was replaced with?

It says it is still useable in PHP 5

Have you checked to make sure the GD Lib [man]Image[/man] module is installed, configured and so forth? Have you looked at the results of phpinfo()? What about the other GD Lib functions?

--without-gd'
Working server:
'--with-gd' '

I would assume that means the module is not installed?
