ADOdb documentation

I'm need to connect to an MS Access db, and from what I have found ADOdb is the module I need to do this.

It looks simple enough, but I need to find some decent documentation on it. Both installation and command documentation.

Does anyone know of any good sources?

No problems yet. I just need a little something put together about this module for getting it installed on a server at work. Being a grunt and all I don't have server admin privs. So I have to submit a request for it.

Where is the best place to download the mod anyway?
