ooohkay, so i am teaching myself PHP, and learning each different bit as i need it (probably not the best way, but its just as a hobby)
now, i am making a game, and part of it is equipable items, for different parts of the body
i am using a 'set' in mysql to hold the different body types, and it works
but i want it so that one equip could take up more than one body part, without having to code in every possible combination
an example would be... Studded gloves, which not only go in your hands, but also the fingers (rings can't go over gloves)
or a full suit of armour (currently i have it set as 'top' and 'bottom')
is there any way that i can make php take 'parta','partb' and recognise it as both parta and partb?
so when i looked for partb, it would find the combination as well as the single partbs
