Xbox mods

I was just curious who all has Xbox's, modded or unmodded, or has even looked at the available mod chips.

I just installed the Xecuter 3 (X3 Pro) in my buddies Xbox and we have been having tons of fun playing with all the available 3rd party software that fits on this 250gig Xbox....

anyone else messed with or planning to mess with these?

I got a Xenium Ice in mine, running an AvaLaunch dashboard on an EvoX bios. Also put on Boxplorer, HDLoader, XBMC, and all the fun stuff. Upgraded the HD to 120 gig, and bought a skin for it, since sanding and painting just wasn't in the scedule, but I still wanted to change the look.

I have the X2.6 lite with EvoX (M7 I think), and all the usual apps (XBMC, xbcopy cough).

By the way, the new external switch for the X3 looks sexeh! 😉

I WISH i had an xbox, but i'm worried that i might get stuck to it.

Does anybody know where i could learn about developing for xbox?

And also, is anyone interested in creating open source gaming platform/dev environment/utils?

agreed, unfortunately we got the credit card sized one that sticks to the outside left corner. He will possibly get the molded front face once its released just for the cleanliness of it... (it looks awesome too (and adds USB ports to the front panel)

I'm gonna be looking into it, because my friend and i want an easy way of installing emulator ROMS to the HD w/o ftp'ing all the damn time hehe

What bios you using? The evoX bios I'm using has support for smb.

currently using the xecuter3 bios w/evolution X dashboard, we have evoxM8 installed, but are lacking documentation for which filenames it prefers for everything, it will boot the evolutionX dash but then no apps or games are listed.... and its ms dashboard option doesnt work from M8 either
