Why this Calendar goes wild sometimes

I wrote a Calendar weekly view at
http://camrd4.mc.duke.edu/WebCalendar/weekly.php
it is used to schedule a scanner at a hospital.

When you first see this page, you will see nothing wrong.
But if you click the "<-" button on the top left corner, going back to 2 weeks before, you will see a Calendar in mess.

You can view my code at the link below. If you could spend a little time and find what I wrote wrong, it is greatly appreciatd!!

Look at the content of the calender on the days where the calender messes up: there are more than one item scheduled for the same time-slices:

on item from 1000 - 1130
another one from 1030 - 1130
a third one from 1030 - 1230
etc.

Similar effects on other schedules with overlapping events!

You should review your code with this problem in mind to get the error.

can you tell me the date where you can the time overlap? In the event adding form, i have the code to prevent that, and i didn't see any overlaping time myself....

You seem to have more mess than this on your calender:

Events 1 and 1001 in your overview appear to be scheduled on Thursday 11th, but detail info says it's on Wednesday.

1003 : weekly overview: saturday; detail: thursday.

283;420 (column past saturday: detail says: Friday.

etc.

Also be sure that you do not have an overlap if one event is until 10:30, and the next starts at 10:30 : there should be 1 minute overlap, shouldn't it ???

In this state, it is very hard to detect the error; I only looked at the calendar, not at the code yet !!!
