Help - error function

Hi,

I just created this function but i keep getting an error when i run it?

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in blablablabla....php on line 20

$errorMessage = null;

function errorMessages(){
   global $errorMessages;

   foreach($errorMessage as $value){
      echo $value . "<br>";
   }
}

Can anyone see the error? (and yes, it has to be global to work with my other functions)

1. $errorMessage and $errorMessages (note the "s") are two different variables and $errorMessage is not in the variable scope of your function

2. even if $errorMessage was in the function scope, you are feeding NULL to foreach() which expects an array

Ah yes, a typó on the 's' 🙂

I set $errorMessage to null from the start, then other functions add info to it like this:

$errorMessage[] = "Hello World"

and then the function i showed above needs to print the messages, and it does... but i still get a warning... not sure.. will look into it some more..
