There are no syntax errors, specifically, in your quoted snippet.
The echoed HTML might need quotes around some attribute values, particularly if they are PHP variables. In the event a variable (say, $fontcolor2) was null, this might muck up the HTML output. If you add quotes in these echo() statements, be sure to escape them --- this is done correctly at the "cellpadding" and "cellspacing" table attributes, but not much of anywhere else.
