I have some problem. A project of mine requres some faking of apache authentication like that:
On a web page there is a form which accepts client's username and password. I need these user & pass to be passed to the Apache web server to access a directory, which is otherwise locked via the standard mechanism of the web server. I need to avoid the reentering of the username and password data when the visitor is redirected to his/her personal directory on the webserver.
