programmer needed

I am in need of a programmer that can be trusted as I have posted jobs on many of the freelance sites only to have people take my scripts and money then run..

I am looking for someone that can do script modifications and also make complete clones of scripts..

if anyone can help me or can let me know where I can find a good programmer please let me know.
