Viewing PHP without uploading.

Is there a program (specifically, a web browser) that will let me see my .php pages as the user would, so that I don't need to upload them to a server?

that can be complicated if you want to have all features of PHP.

What about installing something like www.xampp.org on you development computer ?

You can change the site language with a link in the upper right corner. The software itself isn't german.
