i want to work with files and i saw functions like filegroup() and fileinode() and fileowner() i dont know what is group of the file and how is file owner????
and also how doas flock work what is it used for?

What operating system you are using? It sounds like you are not familiar w/ inodes or groups so I'm guessing your using some flavor of windoze, right?
