Updated Paypal/MySQL Tutorial?

Hey is there a well written simple tutorial on how to use PHP/MySQL with Paypal? It has been far too long since I have done this and I need to learn how to do it again. Any links that can help me out? Thank you so much. Hope everyone's Thanksgiving went well. For all you in the states. :-D

Weedpacket your avator kills me everytime I see it on a post! Yeah I am bookmarking that one as well. I also have a few others but you know some tutorials "unlock" ideas in your head by how it's written you know? That is why I am looking for a variety of others to see what it can "unlock" in my mind.
