Dreamweaver does NOT support PHP using ORACLE

I installed and run Dreamweaver MX and found a huuuuge problem that it does not allow odbc connection with PHP and does not connect to Oracle databases.
I am using DW to compile my site, however this obstacle has caused big problem, does anyone have a solution besides changing my language in regards to creation of an odbc connection, or an oracle thin.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Hi Elizabeth,
Thanks for the reply, I had already found that document on macromedia, but my problem is that dw doesn't support OLE or OCI connections to a Unix box, so even at a later stage I can't connect to the database.
so probelem still exists, I was just hoping someone would know of an extension for DW seperate to that of PHAKT, which will allow what I need done.
