What script is being used?

I was hoping someone might know what script these sites are using to power their web cam portals:

I would love to have something similar. Any suggestions?

Why don't you send them an e-mail and ask them? According to the source code (View / Source code ...), they're using the WHYSIWYG editor CuteHTML. There's some JavaScript in there and there also seems to be some PHP at work.
