Multiple Select Problem

Hello Guys,
Can someone please assist me with a code that can assist me to transfer items from a multiple "selectable" field to another multiple "Selected" field.

See the attached image file to further illustrate it.

I'm pressuming you're wishing to do this on the client side. If so, check out http://www.irt.org and look for the JavaScript FAQ. Then check out the form FAQ. I believe they have a couple FAQs on how to transfer items from one box to another in a select/drop down list.
