Yep. As I've mentioned earlier, I'm researching for a client just how, or if, there is any possibility of (re)launching a new or unique webhosting service.
It seems it's all going to additional services since the technology and bandwidth, while not being free yet, is getting cheaper.
Amerstdam and Philadelphia both have city-wide WI-FI that is ready to launch they say. I think they are trying to figure out how to pay for it first though - probably through a local tax I would guess.
