keyword search - multiple fields and tables in mysql?

Hi,

I've search this forum and found many postings on keyword search but none answer my question.

I would like my keyword search to search more than one db table and more than one field in each of those tables. Can anybody help me with the query?

this is where you would use 'join' for the two tables.

I have not used it in a while so I cannot be much help but if you search up 'join tables' you might have more luck.
