I'm assuming that the project should get the thumbs up.

Rather than use up the valuable resources on here, I suggest that we use the sourceforge bug/feature tracker to add stuff.

In the mean time, if there is anyone who wants to get involved as a developer, then please PM me with your sf username.

Well there doesn't seem to be much happening on Sourceforge lately, and I can't get into the CVS server. So here is what I have done so far (written in PHP 5, currently...the attached code made the above post 🙂 )

It's just the framework for the bot, with an example plugin application for vBulletin. Most of it is just mock up code.

I've created a module under the cvsroot for nullbot. Everyone who is a developer should have write access to it... Let me know if you don't.

Just quickly, I thought we weren't doing it in PHP5, or have I just got the wrong end of the stick?😕

Yeah the idea was to go with PHP4 but I used 5 to prototype 🙂

Any chance of you putting it up so that we can have a look at it... Spose I will get around to looking at PHP5 at some point, I haven't installed it yet

Right I think I've managed to get into the CVS repository now...Tortoise has an :ext: protocol for SSH access, however it couldn't find a module called nullbot - have you managed to create the module locally?

Nah, it's on the sf servers... look
